History of the company
The family company Brodňan a syn CNC strojárne s.r.o. was established on the basis of many years of experience from previous companies dating back to 1996 when the company was established
Ľudovít Brodňan – Kovovýroba (metal production) on the basis of the trade license no. 96/03523/000 issued on August 1, 1996. The company began to operate in the field of mechanical locksmithing based on many years of experience of the owner. At the beginning, the owner worked individually but with increasing orders there was an urgent need for larger investments and more employees.
In 2007, after the entry of a new investor, the company changed its business name but also its legal form to Strojárne KBS, s.r.o and entered in the Commercial Register on August 8, 2007.
